A year long group that meets 8-9:10am the last Sunday each month for 2026 (12 sessions total) at Parallel 45. Each session will include all levels gentle yoga, individual reflection, and group sharing circle. The goal is to create a small community that will connect, witness and support others’ individual intentions throughout the year.
***Please note: You must come to the first session with your intention/ word of the year already picked out.
If we have less than five people signed up by 1/24/26, group will be cancelled and fully refunded.
